What kind of packages do you offer?
Our most popular package is our full-service package which offers unlimited consultation time and coordination of all aspects of your wedding. We also offer “weekend of” packages which offer a small amount of consultation time and coordination of your events the weekend of.

How much do you charge?
For our full service package we charge a percentage of your overall budget for the services we coordinate. For our “weekend of” packages we offer a fixed rate. We have a few different “weekend of” packages as some venue’s have specific requirements of coordinators. Please contact us to discuss which package might best suit you.

Should I book a Wedding Planner before I book my Ceremony and Reception site?
Yes! Especially if you are planning to hire a full service planner. One of the features of our full service package is assisting you in selecting your ceremony and reception site. We can take you to several sites that fit the basic description of what you are looking for, and talk you through the pro’s and con’s of each site, as well as the cost ramifications and logistics of each. We can also negotiate for you before you sign a contract to ensure that the contract addresses your needs, and that you fully understand the commitments you are making when signing your agreements. Who knows, we may show you a site that you never would have found on your own, and is exactly what you had in mind!

What does a “weekend-of” package include?
Each package is a little different and some of our packages are site specific. Some sites like the William Aiken House, Lowndes Grove Plantation, and the Legare Waring House have minimum requirements of weekend of coordinators that must be met. For these venues we have created packages that will meet those requirements as well as include the features of our basic weekend of package. All of our weekend of packages include a small amount of consultation time, ceremony rehearsal coordination, and wedding day coordination. You also have the option to use our exclusive floral designer if you wish. Our “weekend-of“ packages are based upon availability - it would be best to contact us for a free preliminary consultation to decide which package might be best for you.

I can’t decide if I want a full service coordinator or just a “weekend of” coordinator, how do I decide?
I would suggest giving us a call to set up a preliminary phone or in person appointment. This preliminary appointment is free. We can talk through your wishes for your day and our services, and determine which package might be best for you.

I need help with the design of my wedding, does a planner do that?
We do! Some of our couples come to us with ideas in mind and we work with them to expand upon those ideas to create their “uniquely you” wedding. Others come to us with very little in mind and really need help to create that vision. In either case, we are happy to help. We will work with you to “discover” the design elements that will create your dream wedding, or just simply figure out the logistics to make your vision a reality.

Does a Wedding Planner save me money?
Definitely! One of our primary functions is to assist you in managing your budget. We are constantly keeping your budget in mind when suggesting vendors, and options. We use our knowledge of the industry, industry discounts, and our negotiating ability to get you the most for you money. Our experience will help you avoid those pitfalls that cost you time and money. The greatest measure of our success is if we are able to keep you in a budget you are comfortable with while at the same time creating the wedding you are dreaming of. We want you to recommend us to your friends, and your family in the future, so our success is dependent on our ability to help you manage your budget today.

I am planning a wedding outside of Charleston, do you travel?
We offer services in the lowcountry of South Carolina including but not limited to: Kiawah Island, Edisto Island, Beaufort, Bluffton, Pawley’s Island. Occasionally there are travel charges depending on logistics. We have coordinated weddings outside of South Carolina in the past but it is best to call to discuss your location and needs to determine whether we can be of service to you.
